This is a fancy way of saying you are about to send an email to MOZARK Chapter of MOAA with the information you just filled out, click OK.  Another window will ask you to confirm you are authorizing a program to automatically send an email on your behalf, click OK or YES.  We do not pass any personal information to third parties and thank you for taking the time to submit your comments.
